XP Idling

E-mail Print PDF

Someone is considered idling when their avatar has an active combat system and the person playing the avatar is not within feasible control of the avatar. This happens when a person is not mentally or physically available to respond when another avatar is interacting with his/her avatar.

Examples of not being in control of you avatar are:

  • Going to the restroom
  • Going out to smoke
  • Leaving the room to get food/have a meal
  • Talking on the phone in real life
  • Going to bed for the night
  • Leaving the house to go run errands

Idling is a mistake we have all made from time to time. It is not the end of the world that you have been caught idling, however take responsibility for your mistake and take the XP dock with a smile and a nod.
