Toxic Behavior Policy

Our community has survived internal sabotage & players that seem only seem to want to cause problems. We have come out of it stronger and NoR is a fun place again now that we are free of these elements. As we continue our rebound, we are noticing patterns of old appearing from certain "new" players. We strive to continue what is SL's most fair, sane and consistent set of rules along side the most admin accountability. NoR has become fun again, this policy is meant to allow that to continue. Thanks.
Policy attached.
Extended News
Policy: If your behavior detracts from our community, even if within the letter of the rules, it will be at admin discretion to remove you on the spot.
Outcome: Temporary to permanent ban.
Clarification: This does not mean controversial behavior will be counted as toxic. Some of our best contributors to the community are the most controversial. However, behavior that looks to be designed to just cause problems, drive people out or otherwise just to be a thorn in the community's side you will be removed.
THIS MEANS YOU CAN BE SKIRTING THE RULES AND STILL BE DEEMED TOXIC.
Appeal: You may appeal these decisions and current admins will discuss and vote on whether or not there is toxic behavior. A majority vote (51%) will result in the ban being removed. Character references from CREDIBLE members of the community, the amount of time you have spent in the community, and your positive contributions will be considered in this decision but will not be exclusively decisive. In addition, these cases will be monitored closely for admin abuse. This is a policy meant to continue NoR as a fun place and abuse will be treated as seriously as toxic behavior.
Note: Please make your friends, faction members and new players aware of this policy change. Ignorance will not be an excuse.
